The more I attend MSU the more I am estatic that I went to a small liberal arts school for undergrad.  Seriously, how can you particpate in class discussions when your class is 100 people?  How are you expected to get letters of recommendation is classes of 400?  How can you schedule classes when it takes more than 30 minutes to walk across campus? 

I had 15 people in discussion based classes...walked 15 minutes between classes...knew everyone of my professors and they knew me by name...

Furthermore, teaching sophmores scares me about the future. 

"How do I turn this on?" -student, holding a reponse pad (think remote control)

"How about the power button?" -me, trying very hard not to be sacrastic
